Kilo Kubes

Portable Jumper

Leg Speed Tube

• This multipurpose device resists and strengthens singular leg movements. Slow for rehabilitation, or fast for sprinting speed and kicking training. Leg-speed training – Quick leg recovery drills targeting hip flexor power and knee drive. Leg recovery speed is closely related to running speed.

Power Jumper

• Portable vertical jump trainer, includes a waist belt, two adjustable flexi-cords with cuffs which allow it to be held by two assistants or fixed to ground anchors.

 

Lateral Speed Resistor

• Designed to develop lateral speed, balance and first step quickness by resisting the first leg movement. Flexi-cord resistance tube fixed to both ankles by padded cuffs.

 

 

 

 

 

Scrum Machines

Has four high impact foam pads covered in heavy duty PVC, that realistically absorb the hit and drive. The pads have the option of being fixed or quick release for storage.

 

• PackRack Timberwolf: Manufactured using treated solid timber, durable gloss painted finish, with a treated and painted wooden sled. Has four high impact foam pads covered in heavy duty PVC that realistically absorb the hit and drive. The pads have the option of being fixed or quick release for storage.

Both models of scrum machine are reliable hard working pieces of technical equipment, suitable for all standards and levels of scrummage technique coaching.
